As part of Stopera’s Australian premiere season of the jazz opera thriller, NIGREDO HOTEL, The Street Theatre together with Stopera and the As you Like It café and bar presents the NIGREDO HOTEL JAZZ LOUNGE – Canberra’ hottest Jazz musicians “Live at the Lounge” after every Stopera show.

The new look foyer of The Street Theatre is transformed into the very retro NIGREDO HOTEL JAZZ LOUNGE with live music happening from 9pm Thur 14 to Sat 16 September, also Sunday afternoon 17 Sept from 4.30pm, and then Wed 20 through to Sat 23 Sept from 9pm.

The line-up of jazz musicians features the John Mackey Quartet, the Wayne Kelly Trio, pianist Michael Azzopardi with vocalist Sophie Leslie, the Aron Lyon Trio, the Madeline 4 and more. Entry to the NIGREDO HOTEL JAZZ LOUNGE is included in the ticket price for every Stopera show, plus there’s entry to the Jazz Lounge only available for just $6 at the door.
